General
The artist has the right to refuse the request for personal or other discussed reasons.
Please provide a clear instructions of your characters/composition/environment etc, with visual references.
All artwork must be credited to the artist with her V-gen account or other social media accounts (preferably Instagram)
Payment & Refund
Payment must be made through V-gen/Ko-fi payment system.
Failure to make a payment after 7 days will result in cancelation.
The artist may refund you if she is unable to complete the artwork entirely or by the discussed deadline.
Revision
Upon starting, the artist will a send sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before she proceeds to the next step.
Maximum of 2 revisions before the artwork is painted/rendered.
After the artwork is fully painted/rendered, you are not allowed to ask for changes except for crucial mistakes.
Deadline & Delivery
No rushed order. Deadlines must be set at least 3 weeks after the commission request is submitted. The artist has the rights to decline the commission if she deems unable to meet the required deadline.
Estimate delivery time 1-3 months (Depending on the detail/complexity/scale of the art) after the starting the 'working' step. Keep in mind that the artist needs to finish previous commissions queue by queue, so it may take a while to get to yours.
Completion date can be varied. The artist will notify you if some incidents occur that may disrupt/slow down the work progress.
You will receive a file of a completed artwork with background, and a completed artwork with transparent background.
Use
All art work are PROHIBITED for NFTs and AI generates/training.
All art work are for personal use only. You can use the art work as gift, profile picture/banner etc. Monetizable use includes; Stream-related such as emotes, branding/promo materials, profile picture/banner, PNGtuber model, etc.
Commercial rights is 70% fees from the total price.
Intellectual Property Rights
Froggiee (Chana) holds the rights to the artwork she makes, to share or include in her portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client. You are not allowed to claim the artwork as yours or that you make the artwork yourself.
